Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (please include your tracking number). Once we receive the goods, you will be refunded the purchase price. All returns must be registered through our customer service team before being sent back.
I Received a Faulty Item
If you received a faulty item, please contact our support team right away with the following information:
If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team. Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. We are unable to issue a refund, credit note, or replacement without proof of damage confirmed by a member of our support team.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the correct one.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is defective, was damaged during shipping, or is otherwise faulty, return shipping costs are covered — there is no cost to you.
Returning an Unwanted Item
If you purchased the wrong product, the item doesn't fit, or you've simply changed your mind, the actual cost of return shipping and the return receipt will be the responsibility of the customer.
